History

Villa Bell'Aspetto has been throughout history a meeting place and reference point for the Borghese family. It was built in the 17th century and in the first half of the 19th century it was bought by Camillo Borghese together with his irreverent wife Paolina Bonaparte. An extraordinary story full of mysteries and fascinating characters.

Villa Bell 'Aspetto is a park of enveloping beauty that overlooks the sea. The particular microclimate of the place has allowed the acclimatization of numerous exotic plants that mix with the characteristic Mediterranean vegetation. Its abundant variety of flora is witness of a place full of history.

Hospitality

For many years Villa Bell' Aspetto has distinguished itself for its uniqueness in welcoming its guests in a place that is both historic and familiar at the same time. Gabriele d' Annunzio was among the first tenants of the villa and even today it is possible to rent apartments inside the building or in the old renovated stables.
